The Box Office is located inside the lobby of Smothers Theatre on the Pepperdine University Malibu campus.

WHAT IS YOUR ACCESSIBLE SEATING AVAILABILITY?
Most seats in Smothers Theatre require the use of stairs to access; however, limited accessible seating is available in each venue through all sales channels. Accessible parking is available for free in our main lot.
DO YOU HAVE ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES?
Assisted listening devices are available for checkout at the Box Office starting two hours prior to the show.
WHEN DO THE DOORS OPEN?
For most shows, the theatre is available for seating beginning 30 minutes prior to show time.
HOW DO I PARK AT THE THEATRE?
Parking is available beginning two hours before most shows. Parking is free with shuttle access in the Theme Tower Lot or available for a small fee in the Main Lot adjacent to the theatre. Accessible parking is available for free in the Main Lot. We recommend you enter from Malibu Canyon Road and ask for directions or follow signs to parking options.
IS FOOD ALLOWED INSIDE THE THEATRE?
Food and beverages must be consumed in the lobby or outside the theatre. Only bottled water is allowed inside the theatre.
IS DRINKING OR SMOKING ALLOWED ON CAMPUS?
Pepperdine is a dry campus—no alcoholic beverages are allowed. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only—contact the Box Office or ask a staff member for directions to one of these locations.
DO YOU CHARGE HANDLING FEES?
We do not charge any handling fees for in-person Box Office orders. For phone, mail, or fax orders, we charge one $8 handling fee per household, per year. For online orders, we charge between $2.50 and $4 per ticket, depending on the face value of the ticket. Exchanges are free for subscribers and cost $4 per ticket for all other patrons. Handling fees cover the costs of our online and Box Office ticketing system.
DO YOU HAVE YOUTH TICKETS?
We offer youth prices for many shows that are appropriate for family audiences. For other shows, please use discretion when bringing young children. Every child requires a ticket for entry, regardless of age.
HOW CAN I PICK UP MY TICKETS?
Tickets may be delivered via e-mail, held at Will Call for pickup (patrons must show a valid ID and the credit card they used), or mailed one month prior to the show within the U.S.
DO YOU HAVE GROUP DISCOUNTS?
We provide group prices of up to 20% off on select shows. Contact group sales at 310.506.9671 for more information.
DO YOU HAVE A SENIOR/MILITARY/STUDENT/OTHER DISCOUNT?
Pepperdine students, faculty, staff, and alumni receive discounts on tickets. These may be purchased in person only with a Pepperdine ID card.
We also provide lower-priced tickets—up to 50% off the top price—for many CFA performances as a low-cost opportunity to enjoy the arts. These tickets are available to all patrons through all sales channels. If available, these prices will be listed on individual performance pages.
WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Tickets will be mailed a month before each performance. Your tickets should arrive by two weeks prior to the performance. Otherwise, contact the Box Office and we will resend your tickets or make them available at Will Call.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Exchanges are available until 48 hours in advance of a performance for a $4-per-ticket fee (fee waived for subscribers). Tickets must be exchanged for another show within the same season. No refunds are available.
