Pepperdine Orchestra and Choir Concert

The first act of this performance will feature the Concert Choir alongside the Orchestra performing selections revolving around the theme of peace. The centerpiece of this half of the concert is Tarik O'Regan's Tryptych (2006) followed by Bach's Dona Nobis Pacem from Mass in B Minor. The second act will feature singers from the Flora L. Thornton Opera Program performing arias and duets from various operas alongside the orchestra followed by opera choruses featuring the Concert Choir. The operas represented include Carmen, La Traviata, Nabucco, and La Boheme.
