Please purchase tickets from Pepperdine University or from Etix. Avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized sources, including online ticket brokers, as those tickets may be void and invalid for entry. The best tickets at the best price are available from arts.pepperdine.edu! 

2023–2024 Ticket Refund Policy

Exchanges are available until 24 hours in advance of a performance for a $4-per-order fee (fee waived for subscribers). Tickets must be exchanged for another show within the same season.

Tickets purchased through our Box Office or online at arts.pepperdine.edu are refundable until 24 hours prior to showtime for a $4-per-order fee. The cost of your ticket will be refunded to your credit card; ticketing fees are only refundable in the case of a canceled performance. Please call the Box Office at 310.506.4522 or email cfabox@pepperdine.edu for a refund or exchange.

Within 24 hours of showtime, you may convert your ticket to a donation to our ARTSReach program.

Ticket Details

 Do you charge handling fees?

We do not charge any handling fees for in-person Box Office orders. For all other orders, we charge $3 per ticket. Exchanges are free for subscribers and cost $4 per ticket for all other patrons. Handling fees cover the costs of our online and Box Office ticketing system.

 Do you have youth tickets?

We offer youth prices for many shows that are appropriate for family audiences. For other shows, please use discretion when bringing young children. Every child requires a ticket for entry, regardless of age.

 Do you have group discounts?

We provide group prices of up to 20% off on select shows. Contact group sales at 310.506.6481 for more information.

 Do you have a senior/military/student/other discount?

Pepperdine students, faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the military receive discounts on tickets. Tickets may be purchased online or in person. ID verifying eligibility for discount may be required at the door. 

Pepperdine students are entitled to 2 discounted tickets per show. Faculty, staff, alumni, and members of the military are entitled to 4 discounted tickets per show. 

We also provide lower-priced tickets—up to 50% off the top price—for many CFA performances as a low-cost opportunity to enjoy the arts. These tickets are available to all patrons through all sales channels. If available, these prices will be listed on individual performance pages.

 What if I didn't receive my tickets?

Tickets will be mailed a month before each performance. Your tickets should arrive by two weeks prior to the performance. Otherwise, contact the Box Office and we will resend your tickets or make them available at Will Call.

 How can I pick up my tickets?

Tickets may be delivered via email, held at Will Call for pickup (patrons must show a valid ID and the credit card they used), or mailed one month prior to the show within the U.S.
